What ' s spyware?
A spyware is a malicious software program secretly install on a personal computer to monitor, intercept or take partial control of the user ' s activities on the computer without the user ' s knowledge.
As the name suggests, this allows the ' spying ' of personal information such as login details, creditcard information, through a computer program or script. Though this is frequently done by looking at the user ' s keystrokes and web surfing history, it can also be accomplished by looking at the materials stored on a user ' s hard drive.
